"Hello and welcome... I was about to start a rant on business competition, but I decided to focus this week's article on something more productive. So grab a coffee or your drink of choice and let's go!

What do you want to be when you grow up?... "Pirates, Princesses, and Astronauts." That was the answer that any kid used to give when we believed everything was possible in the world and no obstacle existed. No one questioned it because it's alright for a kid to believe in a world where the impossible is possible and where the path and determination can take you as far as you want... until an adult shows you the untouchable horizon and teaches you that not everything is achievable because you have to go to school, where imagination and curiosity get replaced by following orders, and the only truth is the past experience of whoever wrote the history theater, accurate or not. The education system creates labor ants that follow orders and condemns failure... people get shamed for showing initiative, and if you happen to challenge the system with questions, the principal's office is where every idealist goes to die. During this period, there's always that teacher we all remember because they are the ones who reignite the fire and make us believe we can accomplish everything... They also remind us that we can still be "Pirates, Princesses, and Astronauts" if we put in the work. Soon enough, you have ideals and start thinking about changing the world... but wait... here comes the job!... you have to work to pay your bills because the system needs consumers, workers, and entrepreneurs who can build products to keep the system going. The government needs voters and taxpayers... and unfortunately... Pirates, Princesses, and Astronauts don't pay enough taxes, so your dreams get crushed once again in order to participate in the FIAT money system and become a successful person in the eyes of those who judge. In the meantime, you start believing that Pirates and Princesses don't exist, and Astronauts are people with skills you could never have. Life has a funny (not so funny) way of getting you back on track, and sometimes a disease, a death in the family or among friends, getting fired, or a sudden change in your life shows up as a wake-up call, and you start questioning everything around you... the good outcome?... suddenly you start believing in fairy tales again and decide to adventure into a life of enjoyment. As I've written many times, TIME is the most valuable asset you have, and as soon as it gets threatened, you make it a priority again. I strongly believe that the artist, geniuses, heroes, and famous people in history are those who never stopped believing that becoming Pirates, Princesses, and Astronauts was a possibility, and no school system, no afraid parent, no financial or political system was able to crush the dream. Like Bitcoin... they are unbreakable, incorruptible, and every time someone tries to crush it, it makes it stronger and functions as an advertisement. Not much education or financial advice in today's article, but a reminder that there's no need to wait for a sudden change or a wake-up call to remember who you were before the system took over, and a reminder to go and pursue your goals. It doesn't mean to quit your job or move away... but make sure that your location and source of income are directed toward whatever dream you want to achieve... otherwise... you are wasting time... and that is a commodity that you cannot buy."

El sistema educativo crea obreros que siguen órdenes y condena el fracaso... la gente se avergüenza de mostrar iniciativa, y si te atreves a desafiar el sistema con preguntas, la oficina del director es donde va a morir todo idealista. Durante este período, siempre aparece ese maestro que todos recordamos porque son quienes vuelven a encender la llama y nos hacen creer que podemos lograrlo todo... También nos recuerdan que aún podemos ser "Piratas, Princesas y Astronautas" si ponemos el esfuerzo. A partir de ese momento vuelven los ideales y comienzas a pensar en cambiar el mundo... pero espera... aquí viene EL TRABAJO!... tienes que trabajar para pagar tus cuentas porque el sistema necesita consumidores, trabajadores y emprendedores que puedan construir productos para mantener en marcha el sistema. El gobierno necesita votantes y contribuyentes... y desafortunadamente... Piratas, Princesas y Astronautas no pagan suficientes impuestos, por lo que tus sueños vuelven a ser aplastados para poder participar en el sistema de dinero FIAT y convertirte en una persona exitosa a los ojos de quienes juzgan. Mientras tanto, comienzas a creer que los Piratas y las Princesas no existen, y los Astronautas son personas con habilidades que nunca podrías tener. La vida tiene una manera graciosa (no tan graciosa) de volverte a poner en el camino, y a veces una enfermedad, una muerte en la familia o entre amigos, ser despedido o un cambio repentino en tu vida aparece como una llamada de atención, y comienzas a cuestionar todo a tu alrededor... lo bueno de esto?... de repente comienzas a creer de nuevo en los cuentos de hadas y decides aventurarte en una vida de disfrute. Como he escrito muchas veces, EL TIEMPO es el activo más valioso que tienes, y tan pronto como se ve amenazado, lo conviertes en una prioridad nuevamente. Creo firmemente que los artistas, genios, héroes y personas famosas en la historia son aquellos que nunca dejaron de creer que convertirse en Piratas, Princesas y Astronautas era una posibilidad, y ningún sistema escolar, ningún padre asustado, ningún sistema financiero o político pudo aplastar ese sueño. Al igual que Bitcoin... son inquebrantables, incorruptibles, y cada vez que alguien intenta aplastarlo, se vuelve más fuerte y funciona como publicidad. No hay mucha educación ni consejos financieros en el artículo de hoy, pero es un recordatorio de que no hay necesidad de esperar un cambio repentino o una llamada de atención para recordar quién eras antes de que el sistema se hiciera cargo, y un recordatorio de ir y perseguir tus objetivos.
